These Portal Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rich Bee Sourcing customer portal. By logging in, you agree to these Terms.
The Master Services Agreement (Sourcing Services Agreement or Connect Agreement, as applicable) you signed for your project takes precedence over these Terms in the event of conflict.
Access
- Access is granted per project via a magic link delivered to your registered email and a six-digit PIN issued by your sourcing manager. Keep the PIN confidential.
- You are responsible for actions taken under your account. Notify us within 24 hours at [email protected] if you suspect credential compromise; we will disable access immediately.
- We may disable or revoke access for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or per the Master Services Agreement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share your access link, PIN, or session cookie with anyone outside your organization.
- Use the portal for any purpose other than managing your sourcing project with Rich Bee.
- Attempt to circumvent portal security, scrape data, or interfere with operations.
- Upload files containing malware, illegal content, or third-party intellectual property without authorization.
Documents and confirmations
The portal records every action you take on documents and payments, including IP address, device, and timestamp. Clicking Confirm payment terms on a payment request is an electronic acknowledgment of those terms and triggers our obligation to process the wire as described.
Acknowledged documents and confirmed payments cannot be unilaterally reversed by you after the audit fingerprint is recorded; reach out to us if a correction is needed.
Service availability
We aim to keep the portal available 24/7. Brief planned maintenance windows are notified by email at least 24 hours in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by upstream providers (Cloudflare, email delivery services, customs systems).
Data ownership
You retain ownership of all product specifications, designs, and files you upload. By uploading, you grant Rich Bee a non-exclusive license to use, share with proposed suppliers, and store the files solely for delivering your sourcing project.
Rich Bee retains ownership of supplier reports, factory audits, quote comparisons, and other analyses we produce. You receive a perpetual, non-transferable license to use them for your own procurement decisions.
Liability
The portal is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for portal access (independent of the Master Services Agreement) is limited to the service fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email; continued portal use after the change constitutes acceptance. We log the version of these Terms you acknowledged at PIN entry for audit reference.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Disputes go to arbitration as set forth in your Master Services Agreement.
