What buyers ask about cost
What does it cost to work with Rich Bee? +
Three tiers. Connect — $79 per verified supplier. Pro — a 5% service fee with a $500 minimum, for end-to-end sourcing. Partnership — from $3,000 per project for large or ongoing programs. You see the factory price and pay the factory directly; our fee is a separate line.
Is the $500 Pro retainer an extra charge? +
No. The $500 is paid upfront and credited in full against the 5% service fee (Net Fee = 5% − $500). If 5% of your order is less than $500, the retainer is the entire fee.
Do you take any commission or markup from the factory? +
No. We charge you a service fee only — there are no factory commissions on our side. You see the factory’s price and pay the factory directly.
Who pays for third-party inspection? +
You engage and pay the inspection agency directly (vetted options such as SGS, QIMA, or V-Trust). We define the checklist and review the report; we don’t handle or mark up the inspection fee.
