On-the-ground or video factory audit
A Rich Bee partner visits the factory — on-site or by live video — before we engage it. Alibaba "Gold Supplier" is a paid placement, not verification.

Business license + customs data, cross-checked
We pull the supplier's license registration and customs trade history and surface risk flags — so a trading company can't pose as the factory.
- 03
You watch the sample before you pay
Before any payment you join a live video call. The factory shows the product on camera; we translate. Real goods, not just photos.

Independent inspection — you hire it, you pay it
Pre-shipment inspection is engaged directly by you (vetted options such as SGS, QIMA or V-Trust). We write the checklist and review the report — but we have no in-house inspection team, no affiliation with any agency, and never touch or mark up the fee.
